We’re a team of 18 people across the US and Ukraine. We do catalog, creative, and model shots for e-comm brands. Since 2017, we've worked with over 2,500 fashion and lifestyle brands, such as Corkcicle, Farmacy Beauty, Brain Dead, U Beauty, The Outset (Scarlet Johansson), Bel-Air Athletics (Will Smith), Whoop, Sweetgreen, WYN BEAUTY by Serena Williams, Universal Music, and many more.
E-commerce does not exist without visual content. We're on a mission to make the easiest way to get it online. We focus on speed, reliability, and user experience.
Intro
We’re looking for a person to take the lead on client acquisition, retention, and go-to-market campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Focus on paid ads, referral program, and other lead-generation strategies to ensure measurable results in acquiring new clients.
- Client Retention: Focus on lifecycle marketing and retention strategies, such as membership plans, email nurturing, and re-engagement campaigns.
- Go-to-Market Campaigns: Design and execute campaigns to launch new services and target specific customer segments.
- Cross-functional impact: Experiment with new channels, gather insights, improve positioning, support sales reps, optimize the customer journey, and provide feedback for improving products and services.
Qualifications
Primary (must)
- 1-3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in English.
- Background in managing PPC campaigns, inc. experimentation, and scaling.
- Previous experience in building products and executing their go-to-market campaigns.
- Leadership skills and experience managing a growth/marketing/product team.
- Experience working with the brand's positioning and messaging.
- High level of autonomy.
Secondary (will be a bonus)
- Experience in launching inbound/outbound sales campaigns and optimizing conversion funnels.
- Experience in managing landing page development.
- Experience with business development, affiliate partnerships, scaling referral programs, or working with micro-influencers is greatly welcomed.
