Position Overview

We’re looking for a LLM Application Engineer skilled in building ChatBots on top of modern LLM technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Development:
  • Develop ChatBot using modern state of the art technologies around LLM
  • Building Ai Assisted document editing
  • Building RAG pipelines
  • Work with custom ML models for various of NLP tasks
• Collaboration & Best Practices:
  • Work with product managers, designers, and engineers in an Agile environment.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and documented code.
  • Conduct code reviews and give constructive feedback.
  • Keep up with new technologies and bring fresh ideas.

Requirements

• Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge of TypeScript or Python
  • Solid understanding of NLP fundamentals
  • Experience of working with of Vector Databases
  • Experience of building RAG pipelines
  • Practical experience with modern chatbot frameworks and libraries (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex)
  • Experience fine-tuning or training NLP/LLM models
  • Understanding of CI/CD, testing frameworks, and version control (e.g., Git).
• Soft Skills:
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork.
  • Proactive and eager to learn.
  • Upper Intermediate English level.
• Education & Experience:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development and ML

Nice to Have

• Experience of training custom NLP models (for classification)
• Experience with Open-source LLMs (e.g., Mistral, LLaMA family)
• Building ML pipelines
• Experience with Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum.
• Familiarity with AI tools for code assistance.
