Position Overview:

AllCares is looking for the Business Development Manager to join the team. As a Business Development Manager, you will coordinate client outreach and integrations roadmap, help scale operations and help build out a publisher pipeline for the cutting-edge AdTech platform designed to revolutionize the way online publishers run their businesses. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee our client outreach pipeline and connect with new prospects.
  • Build and nurture relationships with new clients, and assist in creating pitches for publishers.
  • Maintain our internal knowledge databases and CRM systems.
  • Manage data and analytics related to client integration processes.
  • Continuously refine and enhance our value proposition.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as technical, business, or similar.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales and/or operations within technology businesses.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong understanding of tech startups and the online publishing sector.
  • Extensive experience with spreadsheets (Google Sheets & Excel) for complex analyses.
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT and other AI tools for workflow optimization.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Over 3 years of experience in sales and/or operations in technology businesses.
  • Demonstrated success in tech sales.
  • Experience managing CRM systems and outreach processes.
