Who are we?

Squareshot is a tech-enabled product photography service with studios in NY and LA.

We’re a team of 18 people across the US and Ukraine. We do catalog, creative, and model shots for e-comm brands. Since 2017, we've worked with over 2,500 fashion and lifestyle brands, such as Corkcicle, Farmacy Beauty, Brain Dead, U Beauty, The Outset (Scarlet Johansson), Bel-Air Athletics (Will Smith), Whoop, Sweetgreen, WYN BEAUTY by Serena Williams, Universal Music, and many more.

E-commerce does not exist without visual content. We're on a mission to make the easiest way to get it online. We focus on speed, reliability, and user experience.

Intro

We're looking for a Product Manager who can drive innovation by transitioning the company to a Managed Marketplace model, launching a UGC & Video platform, optimizing pricing, and shifting to recurring revenue. Enhancing the Client Portal and our website, streamlining internal workflows, and leveraging data-driven insights to run experiments and improve pricing, conversions, and user satisfaction.

Challenges

  • Transition the company to a Managed Marketplace model: Optimize for scalable processes and efficient operations.
  • Launch new services, including a UGC & Video platform: Connect brands with creators to produce high-quality visual content for e-commerce.
  • Optimize for recurring revenue: Enhance product stickiness and encourage long-term engagement with our services and platform.
  • Improve the Client Portal: Optimize usability and user satisfaction, as measured by client feedback and retention metrics.
  • Streamline internal workflows: Reduce time spent on key processes (order management, planning, logistics, production, reordering, product returns, etc.).
  • Enhance the Squareshot website: Lead 3–4 sprints annually, focusing on improving conversion rates, performance, and clarity.
  • Generate insights and run experiments: Collect data and conduct user research to form hypotheses and test them through experiments.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Understanding of UX design principles and best practices, with familiarity in Figma.
  • Proficiency in conducting research and collecting customer feedback.
  • Ability to synthesize insights and prioritize features using data.
  • Capability to define and track KPIs for products.
  • Basic understanding of Webflow and Bubble.
  • Expertise in creating and managing product roadmaps.
  • Ability to build workflows and information architecture.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Knowledge of service pricing strategies, cost structures, and ROI calculations.
  • Proficiency in English.
