We’re looking for a talented and strong Product Manager. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on shaping products of the future. You will drive the product strategy and execution while working closely with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do

• Define & Drive Strategy – Develop and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.
• Customer-Driven Innovation – Conduct interviews, gather insights, and prioritize features based on user needs.
• Agile Execution – Implement a product-led approach, leveraging the latest product management methodologies.
• Market Research & Analysis – Stay ahead of trends in affiliate marketing, iGaming, and related industries.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Bridge the gap between business, engineering, and design teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Measure & Optimize – Define success metrics, analyze performance, and continuously improve the product based on data.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years in product management, ideally in B2B product company, either Ukrainian or international (SaaS, Marketplace, or other IT B2B products).
• Skills: Strong expertise in product discovery and delivery, including conducting interviews, gathering insights, prioritising, etc.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex challenges with a creative and analytical mindset
  
• It will be a plus to have an understanding of affiliate marketing or experience with it.
